New features for October 2015

In-Room:

Implementation of phone-only option for dial-in users
- Users will now have the ability to choose between; VoIP only, Hybrid Audio, and Phone- Only.
Email reporting for both answered and un-answered Q&A questions
- Before update system could only send answered questions
Implementation of andvanced messaging for dial-in connection failure
- Failures can occus due to incorrect server settings
Save and Download whiteboard overlays with background and uploaded content
Implentation of fail-safe mechanism to ensure chat messages are not affected by problemactic events
- System will now save entire chat for direct email reporting
Company and Email fields added to guest login tab
- Non-registered users will be asked to fill in appropriate information
Options for auto-record for events added
Lobby can now bebranded with a custom image, welcome text and music

Account Center:

DST auto-detection and updating, depending on location.
Implementation of advanced auditing of session activity.
Special characters will now be accepted in email addresses.
- This will allow a more broad group of participants to register succesfully.
Implementation of a setting allowing participants to broadcast video without the need to request.
- Must be set during event setup
State/Province field added to registration page features.
Tooltips added to icons and and buttons within Account Center.
- Tooltips will provide usefull information on feature functionality
Improvement or email footer branding options.
- System will now allow for customized images to be uploaded for email branding
Increased the time which deleted user details are kept in the background to ensure reporting is not affected.
