If you would like to download your recording, log in to your Onstream Meetings & Webinars dashboard and click the “Recordings” tab on the left side of the screen.

Once you find the recording you would like to download, hover over the name of it. A small grey colored down arrow icon will appear.

If you click on that, a conversion process will take place and then you will be able to download a zipped version of your recording when you click on the icon again, this will be green if the conversion was successful.

Click on the green arrow to start the download. The files will download as a .ZIP archive which must be extracted. To extract you should right click on the downloaded file and select “Extract all files”

Once you extract the files, open the index.html file in your browser to view your downloaded recording.

If you keep getting a Flash error it generally indicates that you have not extracted the files from the archive. Locate the download file and extract it again to a different folder, if necessary
