The new Hybrid Audio option allows for a meeting that has voice communication carried over a phone line or via VOIP (Voice Over IP). However if you select this option be aware that if a participant dials into the phone bridge and does not mute the voice channel through their computer speakers you will likely encounter bad feedback issues. To assist you in having trouble free meetings we have created a graphic that you can load into your Media Library and then display for your participants as they join. It describes how to correctly mute their audio and if they missed that step – how to re-enable the mute option if they are using the phone.
