Here are some simple ways to troubleshoot Application Sharing plug-in Issues.
1) Clear your Browsers' cache files - this can resolve a multitude of errors. If you do not know how to do this simply got to www.google.com and search “ How do I clear the cache files for [Browser name] [Browser version] on [Mac or PC]?”
2) Try a different browser -- if the same problem occurs it tells us it is with the plug in not the browser - if the same problem re-occurs in a different browser it is most likely the plug-in.
3) Download the plug in installer and uninstall the plug in. Restart your computer and re-install the plug in from the existing download -- be sure that no browsers are open when you do the installation.
