When you create a new meeting invitation be sure to fill in the Friendly URL field with some descriptive short text entry. This will give you a human friendly readable URL for sharing.

The Personal URL is NOT shareable -- it is customized to an invited individual.

The Friendly URL is designed to be shared - it is not associated with any one individual but allows someone who was not invited to register and join the meeting.

Registration:
If you are creating a registration page please be sure to fill in the Registration Friendly URL field. The Registration URL is a link to the registration page - it is designed to be shared. When an individual completes registration they will be added to the meeting and will receive an invitation.
