After creating a meeting or if you are editing an existing meeting and you wish to set Advanced Options – you should edit the meeting by hovering your mouse over the meeting name in your Schedule tab and clicking on the pencil icon that appears. The advanced Options menuy should appear in the lower left hand corner of your edit screen – If there is no Advanced options button you may have signed up for an Onstream Meetings Account which does not include access top advanced options like customized invitations, Break out rooms, user Lobby and other exciting features.

For account security they will need an email from you requesting the account change. You may ask them to contact you regarding the change if you need additional information or pricing.
